CEVA Logistics Italia has launched SuiteHome, a product created to provide a personalized B2B and B2C delivery service that allows the company to offer a unique solution for Parcel Service and White Glove Service (delivery and installation directly to homes, offices and work spaces of large and small domestic appliances, furniture etc.). The service has already been chosen by an important consumer electronics client to cover all its Parcels and White Glove Services. SuiteHome aims to provide a totally integrated and transversal service, with the support of a dedicated customer service. CEVA has started a training process in order to offer a personalized and specialized customer service.
