The ninth annual “Ipsos Most Influential Brands” study in Canada has ranked Samsung Electronics 8th in the Top 10 list. The study examines five key dimensions: trustworthiness, presence, being leading edge, corporate citizenship and engagement. The Top 10 brands are those that have been successful in creating an impact in their customers’ lives, have made a strong emotional connection with those customers, are trusted by them and are firmly entrenched in their day-to-day life.
