The ninth edition of “L’Officina dei Talenti” is about to begin, the initiative promoted by Everel Group (manufacturer and supplier of electronic and electromechanical components) to promote the young people’s professional growth. The Everel Group internal training school aims to offer opportunities to the young talents to acquire the skills necessary to enter the world of work. This year’s edition will take place from 6 to 21 April. “At the beginning I saw it as an opportunity to demonstrate to others, but also to myself, what I am able to do, because I was the youngest of the group – commented Riccardo Kevin Logica, one of the four young talents who have been chosen in the last edition of the contest -. In addition to being happy to have started an important work experience near home, I am focused on the goal of improving myself more and more, aiming high even in the small things, then having – maybe in four or five years – greater familiarity with the job”.
