Silent-Iconic is the 4-way cassette panel with which the Japanese brand of air conditioning systems Hitachi Cooling & Heating begins a path of dialogue with the world of architecture and design, on the occasion of Milan Design Week. With the “Air Design” concept, in the context of “New forms of living” – the theme chosen for the 2021 edition of Fuorisalone.it – the collaboration between Hitachi Cooling & Heating and the platform dedicated to design continues. Together they propose a dialogue on the technological transformations that affect the use of residential and commercial spaces, with a focus on themes such as air, design, harmony and function. “The research and development of aesthetic solutions, in harmony with the choices of architects and designers, is the direction in which we are moving – says Silvana Vacca, Communication leader of Hitachi Cooling & Heating for Italy -. Air Design is the natural evolution of a historic brand like ours that has decided to make its technological heritage available to design, thus initiating a valuable dialogue with the professionals. It is with this goal that we have expanded our collaboration with Fuorisalone.it and with Paolo Casati (co-founder of Studiolabo, Fuorisalone.it and Brera Design District) who, thanks to his great experience and sensitivity for this sector, as well as his passion for Japan, was able to perfectly interpret our project and understand the touchpoints between design and air conditioning”.
