Haier launched in Italy – with the intention of extending the initiative to all European countries – its first virtual showroom, offering an immersive digital experience in real time. Visitors, browsing from their PC, smartphone or tablet, will be able to move freely in two different three-dimensional environments, in which to discover the products of the brand. Following the guidance of the “narrator”, who welcomes and accompanies the visitors during the experience, the user can enter the connected and personalized “home of the future”. Once the flashing hotspot has been clicked, corresponding to each product available in the virtual showroom, the user can receive all the information and technical details, as well as having the possibility – thanks to the augmented reality – to import the products in the real home. To build the architecture of this user experience, Haier used the Neosperience Reality Plus cloud platform.
