Cross Point makes available for customers its decennial expertise in the implementation of customizable interfaces.
Cross Point has implemented a family of User Interfaces called LTK (Label Touch Keypad), the front look is similar to the one of a display with 5” or 7” size, but actually it is a customizable capacitive keypad. We can compare it to a “blackboard”, where customers can decide how customizing it, positioning buttons of different shape and size, as well as horizontal or vertical sliders.
To implement one’s own keyboard, it is sufficient that the customer supplies the company with an image with the wished graphics and, with a dedicated software, in few minutes, LTK is customized and is ready for use.
The aesthetical part is implemented by means of a graphic label that allows achieving monochrome or coloured Keys/Sliders, with “dead front” effect and photographic definition.
Moreover, each Key /Slider can be customized in its “sensitivity” (implementation/release time) and provided with feedback with variable sound effects, the LTK 7” version is available with the option Display OLED 16×2 characters, which allows combining each Key/ /Slider with a text, message or regulation index in the Slider case.
LTK 5”, available in horizontal and vertical version, has 134.50×90.30 mm sizes, for a thickness of 19 mm, it can be applied on panels of different thickness, so implementing a slot of 129.50×85.30 mm for the assembly.
In its turn, LTK 7”, it too available in horizontal and vertical version, has 192.6X124.5 mm sizes, for a thickness of 29 mm, it can be applied on panels of different thickness so implementing a slot of 186×118 mm for assembly.
Both LTK 5” and LTK 7” have 5VDC or 9-36VDC power supply and they dialogue with the customer’s main board by means of RS485 or I2c.
