In order to remove cooking strong smells, Sifim proposes a net filter combined with a washable carbon filter. This product has a double function as it allows to catch, through the nets of the metal filter, fats and oils released by vapors and to eliminate the cooking smells through the washable carbon. “The choice of a washable carbon – the company explains – is due to a higher efficiency and longer duration compared to not-washable one. In conditions particularly full of smells you can chose a high efficiency washable one which has incomparable performance. Besides, the placing of carbon filter back to the net one is ensured by connections which easily allow to remove the two filters in order to properly clean them. In fact, the filters comply with their purpose only if kept in efficiency with the right cleaning”.
