Rold has participated at the sixth edition of Women Value Company, the event promoted by the Marisa Bellisario Foundation and Intesa Sanpaolo, which rewards the companies acting in favour of female empowerment and intends to give visibility to the most virtuous and innovative practices. «The “Mela d’oro”, special mention for “Innovation” consistent with the mission of the PNRR, was awarded to us for innovative and inclusive development policies, for the ability to enhance female talent and for the development of effective solutions for corporate welfare – Rold commented –. The winning companies were chosen from a shortlist of 100 finalists, selected from the 800 who have self-nominated throughout Italy. 73% have a favorable or equal remuneration policy, 81% have at least half of the managerial roles held by women, 67% have more than half of female employees. Positive note, 12% have less than 5 years of activity. Also in this edition, although in a still difficult context, the SMEs Women Value Companies have shown that investing in women and welfare is a winning strategy: 71% estimate an increase in turnover; 87% maintained smart working; 60% offer health care solutions to employees; more than half offer flexible benefits and have activated specific training courses for women».
