Cagnoni specializes in parts stamped from sheet metal (iron, steel, stainless, copper, brass, aluminum, bronze etc.) and in progressive or transfer dies. Design, prototyping and industrialization of the product are done in collaboration with the customer, using three-dimensional CAD-CAM platforms. “Our workshop – Cagnoni says – uses ten mechanical presses ranging from 12 to 350 tons, served by electronic feeders and rollers specifically designed for processing technical materials. The machine park is completed by high-precision CNC wire erosion and rectification. We have the capacity to convert 5000 kg per day of raw materials, to produce about 250,000 articles per day weighing from a few tenths of a gram to 400 grams, and to handle thicknesses from 0.13 mm to 4 mm”.
