The cooker of the Professional Series is characterized by a 103lt oven cavity, 11 cooking functions and digital electronic programmer with food probe. In addition to the oven, also the induction hob with 4 active cooking zones and the hood with central uptake are integrated into the same household appliance. The integrated premium hood is equipped with 9 power levels, with the addition of the “Boost” function. The care of style details, which has always characterized the brand, is also expressed in the possibility of choice of the grill, supplied to cover the suction zone of the hob. A first solution is enriched by Bertazzoni logo in brass. A second solution stands out for a minimalist design and the construction, flush with the induction hob. Besides, the 80-cm induction hob with Bertazzoni P804ICH2M37NT integrated hood is ideal for isle installation due to the under-hob motor, characterized by an exclusive central grill that recalls the brand’s iconic logo. The hob with integrated hood is equipped with 10 speed selections and the automatic control of the suction and is 100% safe against liquid leaks.
