Beko Italy, part of the Turkish group Arçelik, owner of the Beko and Grundig brands, has been certified, for the first time in its history, as a Great Place to Work. The acknowledgment comes from the Great Place to Work Institute, a consultancy firm specializing in the analysis of the corporate climate, its continuous internal improvement and the employer branding. A detailed survey on the company climate was carried out and the internal company management policies were analysed. “We are delighted and honored by this prestigious certification which rewards our dedication to building a healthy, fair and sustainable working environment, which puts the person at the center of every decision-making process – said Francesco Misurelli, CEO of Beko Italy -.
