Zoppas Industries is among the six partners who support H-FARM for the implementation of the Beat Academy initiative, a post-graduate course aimed at training the professional figure of “sales and operations intelligence analyst”. This new role, combining different skills, aims to follow, step by step, the experience of those who want to find and buy a service or product. Beat Academy is an integrated 8-month upskilling course, designed to develop the potential of young people who have completed their studies and are entering a job market that is increasingly in need of specific and articulated skills. “Through the H-FARM observatory we have identified characteristics and needs required by the market that training often struggles to intercept – explains Antonello Barbaro, CEO of H-FARM Education -. We found a group of high-profile companies with the same sensitivity as us and we worked together to build a profile and a study path of excellence, able to give participants the opportunity to develop their maximum potential”. Together with Zoppas Industries, the other project partners are: PwC Italy, Bulgari, Geox, Pixartprinting and Benetton Group. Beat Academy is a bridge between university and the direct entry into a company: it involves 240 hours of training, carried out in-person and online. The course is structured to provide knowledge and skills in the fields of CRM, ERP, Cybersecurity and Marketing, key elements for following the customer journey of a lead that becomes a contact, must be generated, managed and protected. The course of study integrates theory and practice and the costs are financed by the companies participating in the project. The initiative includes two experiences of three months each in two of the partner companies, at the end of which there may be the possibility of continuing the professional experience.
