The new year opened for Arçelik with a prestigious award in the field of sustainability. The company obtained, for the fourth consecutive year, the highest score in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), in the sector of home durable goods companies, with the result of 87/100 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment. It is an important recognition considering that the S&P Global CSA is a global point of reference in terms of sustainability: based on the results obtained, the companies are selected to be included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index. “2022 – Hakan Bulgurlu, CEO of Arçelik, comments – has been a very challenging year for the business community as the global conversation has been dominated by the war in Ukraine, economic instability, high inflation rates and the energy crisis.
