Paradisi recently hosted students of the ISTAO university master’s degree in “Strategy and Management for SMEs” for a lesson on the theme “Socio-territorial development of the enterprise and corporate social responsibility”, held by Professor Bruno Lamborghini. “In this advanced training course – Paradisi explained – students explore the different strategies that companies can adopt to respond to the new challenges, such as investing in the local communities, the well-being of collaborators, the use of sustainable materials and technologies, the social and environmental impact of the business, the involvement of the stakeholders and the management of corporate ethics”. The university master’s degree, created in collaboration with the four universities of the Marche Region, aims to provide students with the skills necessary to lead small and medium-sized enterprises and grow in a network of mutual exchange with their reference communities.
