KitchenAid has expanded its range of Bowl-Lift stand mixers, introducing models with 5.6 and 6.6 liter bowls. These products offer even more power, control and precision: protagonists of the product are the 375 watt direct current motor and the half speed (a further novelty), ideal for treat even the most delicate ingredients with extreme care. The bowls are made of steel, have a practical handle and can be washed in the dishwasher. Each stand mixer in the Bowl-Lift range is suitable for intensive use, as it is powerful and robust. The lever allows user to gently lower and raise the bowl. The latter remains firm thanks to the 3-point block, which guarantees stability, a fundamental aspect when using thick doughs. In addition, the ergonomic handle makes it easier to position and lift the bowl even when it is full. The product has 11 speeds and a Soft Start function, which gradually increases the speed to the desired setting, to avoid splashes and stains. The accessories include the 11-wire stainless steel whisk (for models with a 6.6 liter bowl) and the new silver-coated flexible double edge whisk, ideal for scraping the sides and the bottom of the bowl without the need to stop the mixer. Other accessories available are: the flat beater, the spiral dough hook with a special design to replicate the dough made by hand, and the anti-splash lid with an improved design to prevent ingredients from spilling out of the bowl while mixing.
