The speed sensors, realized by Bluergo, are almost always developed in co-design with the final customer, depending on the specific exigencies of each single motor. These components are particular coils conceived to be used principally in traditional motors for domestic use (in particular for washing machines). Normally these coils are inserted into a motor and their purpose is to detect the rotor speed, giving a tension signal proportional to the number of turns. Bluergo’s speed sensors present the following technical features: windings with class F H wires (diameters from 0.08 up to 0.25), integral co-moulding with several plastic materials such as PA PP or PBT, and external connection with two cables of variable length.
