The new entry in KitchenAid‘s professional Bowl-Lift range is the stand mixer with 5.2 liter bowl, designed for those who need to process large quantities of ingredients. The motor (375 watt, alternating current) has been renewed and the bowl is made of brushed stainless steel with a practical handle. The appliance has 11 speeds, including the “half speed” to process even the most delicate ingredients. Besides, the Soft Start feature gradually increases the speed up to the desired setting to prevent splashes and stains. A wide range of accessories characterizes this product, such as the 6-wire whisk, the flat whisk, the spiral dough hook and the splash-proof lid. Finally, the appliance has a lever to gently lower and raise the bowl and is available in different colours.
