Carpigiani is showing its main technological innovations at Sigep 2024. For artisanal gelato shops, the focus is on energy savings with models from the HE – High Efficiency line, while the latest technological development is SyNthesis 1, the newest addition to the range of modular freezing systems designed to be used in front of customers. It is a complete station for incorporating fresh gelato into any retail food format. As regards to the Soft Serve & Shakes segment, the new compact 161 K SP machine is designed for those with low production volumes, while for the food service chains Carpigiani has realized the new K4, an advanced shake and soft serve dispensing unit for venues with high customer traffic. Besides, for pastry shops and restaurants, the new Lab-O-Chef 5 multifunction machine offers customizable programs designed to support pastry and kitchen chefs, who can use it to produce creams, jams, gelato, bechamel, and other hot and cold recipes. Finallly, the company also focuses on the presentation of the new “Carpigiani Shop”, the e-commerce for purchasing original consumables and accessories.
