Cassioli appointed Gianni Innocenti as new Process Innovation Manager. “Thanks to his skills and experience gained in recent years and an integrated management of the business processes – the company explains – it will be possible to maximize operational efficiency, simplifying procedures, reducing waste and applying the lean management techniques”. This reorganization will affect the processes (optimization and strengthening of processes, workflow development, standardization of information and deliverables inside and outside the company), the quality (strengthening of quality controls throughout the project lifetime, instructions and training for the application of control principles, continuous improvement) and the transformation projects (development of corporate transformation projects with improvement of the internal and external experience and introduction of new technologies). “We consider the Process Innovation – Cassioli adds – a key and strategic element for the long-term sustainability of the company and the ability to innovate and increase its flexibility in the market, taking into account all the needs of the stakeholders and especially of its customers”.
