Oldrati Group distinguishes itself by achieving an important and official acknowledgment
Oldrati Group, a key player in the production of technical solutions in rubber, plastic, and silicone, proudly announces that it has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification. This certification, valid for three years and subject to annual reviews, recognizes the company’s strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment for all.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification is an official acknowledgment of the policies and practices implemented by the Group to ensure equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender. The journey towards this achievement reflects Oldrati’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and building a corporate culture that respects diversity.
Key initiatives within the “Values in Action” Macro Project, aimed at enhancing human capital, include:
- Installation of Information Panels across various company buildings to raise awareness on inclusion and diversity. These panels are present in both production and office areas to ensure comprehensive awareness and outreach.
- Campaigns to support Parenthood, with the goal of offering resources and support to employees who are also parents.
- Targeted training sessions on topics of both environmental and social sustainability.
- Adoption of the “Oldrati Decalogue“ a ten-point guide promoting virtuous behavior within the company based on values of respect, inclusion, and collaboration. This guide has been shared with all employees as part of the ongoing commitment to creating a harmonious and supportive work environment.
Since December last year, the Group has also activated a whistleblowing channel, through which employees and stakeholders can anonymously report any discriminatory behavior related to gender, sexual orientation, political and union opinions, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, or any other form of discrimination experienced or observed within the workplace.
Additionally, an internal survey was conducted among employees to collect feedback to help plan future initiatives aligned with the company’s values.
To strengthen responsible and inclusive governance, Oldrati has established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, composed equally of men and women. The committee is responsible for proposing and implementing social responsibility projects and monitoring progress toward greater inclusion. Furthermore, the committee evaluates stakeholder input and tracks KPIs related to inclusion.
«This achievement fills us with pride and represents an important step in our commitment to creating a workplace based on inclusion and equality. The Gender Equality Certification is not just a milestone but a starting point to continue improving and evolving as a Group. We want to ensure that everyone, regardless of their role or gender, feels valued and respected within Oldrati. This recognition motivates us to keep moving forward, ensuring that our Group becomes a model of excellence in the field of inclusion and equity», said Paolo Chiocca, Group Human Capital and CSR Director.
