The path is set, and there’s no turning back. Professional cleaning is increasingly high-tech, with machines designed to meet every need: from fully automated solutions, to operator comfort, up to reduced consumption. Flexibility, ergonomics, efficiency, automation, and IoT are the key words characterizing the evolution of the sector, as demonstrated by the latest edition of Interclean Amsterdam.

From small spaces to large areas

At Interclean Amsterdam 2026 Kärcher showcases different cleaning solutions: from machines to detergents. In particular, an example is K-MOP 46. It is an intuitive product designed for efficient and easy cleaning of small spaces. Its ergonomic design ensures back-friendly, effortless operation. Besides, the machine presents 46 cm working width and high maneuverability. Another proposal is KIRA B 200. This scrubber-dryer robot, with both roller and disc versions, supplies an intelligent cleaning solution for large areas with hard floors. It features a proprietary OS and IEC 63327 certification for public traffic. With a 200L water capacity and 4,590 m²/h (roller) – 4,860 m²/h (disc) productivity, it offers high-performance automation. Further innovation is driven by its optional docking station for full autonomy and IoT compatibility.

The Flexy joint of LW35 Flexy

Among Lindhaus‘ latest innovations is LW35 Flexy, a compact battery operated scrubber dryer. Thanks to its Flexy joint, the handle rotates up to 90° on both sides, allowing operators to easily clean under tables, chairs and low furniture. Powered by a 36V lithium-ion battery, the product offers up to 45 minutes of runtime and fast recharge. Its patented suction system cleans and dries effectively in both directions, delivering professional results while maintaining low water and energy consumption. For its flexibility and maneuverability, LW35 Flexy is ideal for environments such as offices, hotels, restaurants, schools and healthcare facilities.

Cleaning robot with 3D 360° omnidirectional LiDAR

As facility managers across Europe face increasing pressure to maintain high standards of cleanliness with limited resources, Ecovacs Commercial Robotics proposes its CE-certified robotic solutions designed to deliver consistent performance while helping reduce the operational burden on staff. In particular, the company presents its DEEBOT PRO series that includes the DEEBOT PRO M1 3D model. Equipped with a 3D 360° omnidirectional LiDAR, the robot is designed for large-scale, highly dynamic commercial indoor environments (factories, warehouses, supermarkets, railway stations, airports).

A new chapter for the MR floor scrubber-dryer

One of Fimap’s historic models has been updated to offer improved performance and greater efficiency. The new MR floor scrubber-dryer can clean an area of up to 15,000 m² with a single charge of power and a single charge of water, allowing for up to 4 hours of uninterrupted operation. Besides, it uses less water while maintaining high cleaning performance and reduces the amount of collected water that needs to be treated and disposed of. Energy consumption has also been reduced, thereby increasing energy efficiency. As regards to performance, the brushes reach 240 rpm, and the three-level adjustable pressure reaches up to 60 kg. The machine incorporates technologies for saving water, detergent, and energy. Additionally, upon request, it can be equipped with AQUÆ technology (for cleaning without detergents) and Fimap Fleet Management technology, which allows you to assess the environmental impact of cleaning operations through continuous monitoring of CO2 emissions.

From compact and accessible cleaning to more demanding applications

Comac‘s latest machines include solutions tailored to different needs. In particular, the new ride-on scrubber family has been designed to support professionals in every type of environment. The Mica model is compact, intuitive and efficient: it presents working width from 55 to 65 cm. The Vesta model offers optimized performance for daily operations, combined with a new architecture and high reliability. It presents working width from 70 to 85 cm. Finally, the Vela model (working width from 80 to 90 cm) combines high productivity with compact dimensions, delivering high cleaning performance even in demanding environments.

Comac CI H40 INOX

Another proposal from Comac is CI H40 INOX, a professional hot water pressure washer developed for intensive applications and complex working environments. The AISI 430 stainless steel body ensures corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. Besides, the vertical stainless steel boiler with double coil reaches temperatures up to 110°C, improving the removal of oils, grease and stubborn dirt. Finally, water connections and controls are positioned at the rear of the machine, allowing all operations to be managed from a single side. This configuration makes it possible to place the pressure washer in confined spaces and operate it without having to move it continuously during use.

Compactness combined with high performance

Among its solutions for professional cleaning, Ghibli presents the new AS 5 NEXT. Available in both cable-operated and battery-operated versions, this dry vacuum cleaner combines compactness and high performance. The BC Lithium model is powered by CAS (Cordless Alliance System) batteries, offering versatility, reliability and efficiency. AS 5 NEXT is also available in a sustainable version as part of the Green Pro range, made with reclyced plastic and the same reliability of the standard products.

Steam cleaning technologies

Within the professional cleaning industry, another important segment is that of steam cleaning machines. Steam represents an eco-friendly technology: it ensures deep cleaning and sanitization without the use of harsh chemicals. Among the latest innovations in this segment is T.P.A. Impex’s Water Jet Separator that guarantees high filtration and air purification. The company offers technologies to reduce water consumption and labor time. Besides, the latest touchscreen solutions designed for the most demanding environments ensure smart control.
