The kitchen according to Miele is a space characterized by durable, high-tech appliances. They allow users to easily manage various cooking tasks and food storage needs. In particular, among the products the company will showcase at EuroCucina 2026/FTK – Technology For the Kitchen are the KM 8000 induction hobs, the steam drawer, and the MasterCool III refrigerators. These appliances combine cutting-edge technology with contemporary design.
Connection between hob and pot
The KM 8000 induction hobs feature minimalist graphics on the glass-ceramic surface. This allows them to integrate more harmoniously into the kitchen environment when turned off. In the flagship model, a light line creates a visual effect, when the appliance is turned on, that combines functionality and aesthetics. The range is completed by models in MattFinish, a scratch-resistant matte black surface with an anti-fingerprint effect. It includes hobs 60, 80, and 90 centimeters wide, with defined zones or full-surface induction, frameless or with a stainless steel frame.
Many models are “M Sense ready” and can therefore be used with Miele M Sense pots and pans. These feature integrated touch controls and have up to three temperature sensors: they not only take measurements but also communicate with the KM 8000 hob so that the appropriate power setting is selected. Control takes place directly on the pot or pan (DirectTouch) via the control unit: simply select the cooking program and the system adjusts automatically.
A 3-in-1 solution with a combined microwave oven
The steam drawer offered by Miele features a linear design and is just 14 centimeters tall. When paired with a combined microwave oven, it creates a 3-in-1 solution that combines baking, heating, and steaming. Thanks to DualSteam technology and over 100 automatic programs integrated in the device, user can easily prepare vegetables, sous-vide recipes, or perform daily operations such as heating and defrosting. The capacity is sufficient for up to four people. Besides, details such as the lid opening with the simple push of a button and the integration with the Miele app make operation and control simple.
The technologies of the new MasterCool III fridge-freezers
Miele MasterCool III is the new generation of fridge-freezers in the MasterCool series. This range features generous dimensions and is available in various built-in models, from French door to double door versions. In terms of design, these products stand out for their interior made entirely of brushed stainless steel. Besides, the appliances are equipped with Push2open technology, an IceMaker with QuickIce function, and shelves that hold spilled liquids, making cleaning easier.
MasterCool III also features an odor-filtering system and built-in cameras. In addition, with the new MasterFresh Pro system, food stays fresh longer. Rounding out the features is the DailyFresh ExtraCool drawer, ideal for delicate food such as meat, fish, or dairy products. Finally, the Longlife AirClean System, with an activated carbon filter, neutralizes unpleasant odors in the refrigerator. As for connectivity, thanks to Miele@home, all models can be connected.
