On the occasion of its Academy’s third birthday, Rold organized a special event, which saw various personalities from the academic and business world come together. The reflection addressed various topics such as the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the complex world in which we live; the systemic changes to consider to create an educating community, so as to become flexible and open to change; and the role of society in fostering innovation and how innovation can respond to the needs of tomorrow. The anniversary was then celebrated by reviewing some of the salient moments in the history of Rold Academy shared in recent years: internal and provided externally training activities, cross-contamination events, for a total of more than 4.500 hours of training provided and more than 900 people reached. And many new projects are in the pipeline for the months to come.
