ENEA-SAIE Masterclass: the fourth webinar dedicated to communicating the value of energy efficiency renovation

The free training programme “Energy Efficiency Renovation Facilitator”, promoted by ENEA as part of the National Campaign Italia in Classe A in collaboration with SAIE – La Fiera delle Costruzioni, continues with great success and a high number of participants.

The fourth webinar of the Masterclass, entitled “From the technical proposal to the decision: tools to facilitate the choice”, is scheduled for September 16.

During the meeting, key aspects will be explored, including:

• how the site inspection evolves
• collection of relevant information
• effective presentation of the proposal
• handling objections
• follow-up and support in the decision-making process

The programme will then continue on September 23 with the online practical workshop “Facilitator in Action”, an operational session dedicated to applications based on real cases, discussion among participants, operational feedback and consolidation of skills.

The ENEA-SAIE Masterclass supports the development of skills across the construction and energy efficiency renovation sectors, with the aim of training professionals capable of translating technical complexity into understandable value and supporting customers and clients in decisions related to energy efficiency.

Participation in the Masterclass is free of charge and is aimed at designers, technicians, installers, energy consultants and professionals in the construction sector. Those who register will receive the exclusive Facilitator’s Toolkit, featuring checklists, objection maps and ready-to-use templates.

The programme will ultimately culminate in an in-person event at SAIE 2026 (BolognaFiere, October 7-10), featuring live challenges and simulations based on real cases. Taking part in the Masterclass means updating one’s skills and joining an active community committed to strengthening the role of energy efficiency renovation professionals.
