Through its subsidiary Faringosi Hinges, Sabaf takes care of the design and production of hinges for household appliances: built-in ovens, free-standing cookers, washing machines and dishwashers. They are technological products that satisfy the needs of the world market to which the company refers to.
The hinge with internal cam, for doors with variable weight ranging from 13 to 20 kg, has been developed with the goal of improving the oven aesthetics, by decreasing the number of visible details and hiding the cam inside the hinge, without anyway giving up the advantages of traditional hinges, which are: distribution of the door weight on three points, thus increasing the resistance to the static load test; “smooth” motion of the door both while closing and opening; possibility of choosing the grill stop position thanks to the presence of the cam; better use flexibility (same hinge for more doors with different weights) thanks to the presence of the cam; possibility of obtaining the resistance to the dynamic test (five falls of the door with a weight of 3 kg on the handle).
The hinge provides for the application of a bracket inside the oven, with connection function between door and face, which can be implemented by the customer, too, both as self-standing component and as part of the structure.
