Indian market intelligence firm TRA published its 2014 Brand Trust Report (ranking about brand trust in all India): Samsung have reached the first place, moving up from n.2 in the 2013 report. The list ranks the 1,200 top brands: a big mover in 2014 was Whirlpool, which jumped from 144 in 2013 to 24 in 2014. Electrolux went from the position 912 in 2013 to the position 595 in 2014, while Nokia fell from the place n.1 in 2013 to the place n.5 this year. Other appliance brands that appear in the top25 of the ranking are: Sony (n.2), LG (n.4) and Philips (n.12).
