Intended for cooking hobs for domestic use, the burners developed by Flam Gas Srl are characterized by the particular flame shape, which allows obtaining high specific thermal loads and then high power with small section. With a crown diameter of just 60 mm, it is possible to reach the significant power of 6.5 kW, that is to say almost the double of a double-crown burner with a 120 mm diameter.

These burners revolutionize the concept of thermal exchange because the flame, starting from the pot centre and reaching the edge, can exchange heat in very effective way, without turning to double or triple crowns. The materials used are A304 stainless steel and brass. Various customizations are provided for the latter. Burners can be equipped with thermocouple and spark plug.
