Sabaf laboratories at Ospitaletto (BS) give birth to the burner Series 4, the latest generation for cooker components characterized by the highest efficiency on the market and pleasant aesthetics. “High efficiency” essentially means gas saving but also rapid cooking times and minor CO2 emissions: all that directly results in a lighter bill for final consumers. If we consider that the efficiency reached by the Series 4 exceeds 70%*, we can easily guess that Sabaf technology brings immediate advantages to cooks’ life quality and, in the long term, to the environment, too. A forefront design that acts as disruptive element towards the products previously released on the market and characterized by two crowns with concentric flames just completes a product range that is self-explanatory. The ignition and thermoelectric safety device is a “standard” optional. Studied and implemented to meet the specific requirements of the Indian market, the new line of burners Serie
s 4 will be then configured in a version that better satisfies the demands, especially aesthetic, of the other markets, providing also the latter with an absolutely innovative and eco-friendly product. Two versions of it are in fact available until now: S4 FF (Flare Flame), that is to say the more specifically Indian version with multiple concentric flame rings (both of brass and steel); S4 DF (Double Flame), European look version with aluminium flame spreader and enamelled caps. The series will be soon completed by a new version, called S4 HD (Heavy Duty), accompanied by an innovative special burner featuring high powers, which can be mounted on the same platform to provide customers with the best choice and then final product differentiation. Starting from the requirements of the so called “local”, to succeed in satisfying the “global” with a platform usable worldwide is prerogative of a company that every year invests over 3% of its turnover in research and development.
