An event on the theme “multi-channel approach and CRM for the customer experience”


multi-channel-marketing-300x274More and more companies talk about multi-channel approach to the customer for the supply of products and services, for the customer care management and the customer relationship throughout the entire life cycle of the products. To explore these arguments, ASAP Service Management Forum proposes an event that will take place on June 18th in Brescia (Italy) at the headquarters of CSMT. The event will be dedicated to the multi-channel approach to the customer for the supply of services connected to durable goods, and it will examine the challenges and benefits for companies that adopt it. According to a preliminary investigation carried out by ASAP in the sectors of durable consumer goods, there are still many difficulties and limitations not only in the use of “new channels”, but also in the development of an integrated and international CRM strategy. It will be presented both the point of view of the companies that develop multi-channel offers (including Beko), both the experience of technology suppliers that accompany the companies in this path. The meeting is open to managers (Marketing & Sales, Customer care, Service, Innovation, Operations, etc.), entrepreneurs and executives.
