The new SF250W burners by Flam Gas spring from the more and more pressing demand for solutions for collective catering Wok cookers. They are characterized by the particular flame shape, which allows obtaining high powers by concentrating the heat directly on the concave oven of the Wok pot. With 25 kW power, these burners innovate the heat exchange concept, since the flames concentrated in groups tend to heat the pot bottom in almost perfect way, in compliance with the regulatory safety requisites.

The used manufacturing materials are A304 stainless steel and brass.

They can operate with the three gas families (city, natural gas, LPG).
