Smeg has expanded its 50’s line with a new product: the slow juicer. The appliance, available in four colour, presents the SST technology for a slow extraction (43 rpm) and works with an Archimedean screw made by Ultem, material that ensures great durability. Through a lever, it is possible to regulate the drink density, putting in the juice more or less pulp. The juice is collected directly into a jug, while the pulp falls into a special container. In case of block, the Reverse function reverses the rotation sense of the screw which then resumes regularly.
