Manuela Soffientini, president and managing director of Electrolux Major and Small Appliances Cluster Italy and International, was recently named new president of Ceced Italia. “I assume this role after a strategic phase and a reorganization of the Association board that led to the refocusing on the core issues for the members. Ceced Italia strengthens itself in the continuity and focuses on the Ceced Europe’s areas that are the essence of the House System: major domestic appliances, small domestic appliances, hoods, components and – in addition – biomass heating and chimneys”. Manuela Soffientini will be supported by the three vice-presidents elected by the Assembly: Vladimiro Carminati (De’Longhi), Antonella Ferrara (O.L.S.) and Beppe Fumagalli (Candy Hoover Group).
