“XXL New dimensions. New Perspectives” is the name of the event during which Smalvic has presented the guidelines of its corporate strategy for the next two years, and the new products. In addition to the speech of Paola Gasparini (Ceo of the company), Giusy Maddalena and Giovanni Kalogerakis, sales managers for Italy and abroad, spoke about strategies and instruments to overcome the challenges in the markets. Then, Alessandro Iegiani (plant director) and Simone Buzzacchera (responsible for certification) explained the new products, in terms of performance and features. The new multifunction NEXT oven with capacitive intelligence has created great interest: the appliance will be presented at Living Kitchen, the International Kitchen Exhibition (Cologne,16 -22 January 2017). The designers Alberto Brogliato and Federico Traverso spoke of the importance of design in the cooking appliances. The final speech (managed in choral manner by the company’s management) has been dedicated to the theme “changing to grow” (and thus reflections on product placement) and improvements always possible. During the opening and closing of the meeting, a show-cooking was organized. Also Italian sales representatives, Italian dealers and international guests from Bulgaria, Dubai, Greece, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Poland, Russia, Tunisia and Ukraine attended the event.
