miele-lavastoviglie-2016-133-jpgIn January Miele Professional will present its tank dishwashers with integrated reverse osmosis. “On new undercounter tank washers, reverse osmosis ensuring the requisite quality of water is now space-savingly and conveniently integrated – explains the company -. The system will be available on undercounter tank dishwashers from Miele under the names BrilliantCompact and UniversalCompact. In view of their compact dimensions, these units are above all ideal for behind-the-counter use. In a plinth below the machine, membranes filter all salts from the water supply. Water of this quality drains freely from load surfaces without leaving any traces behind, and polishing is superfluous”. The reverse osmosis package not only saves space but also offers additional convenience. “This stems from the fact that the module is able to communicate with the machine – added the company -, resulting in processes which are finely tuned, in information provided by the reverse osmosis unit being relayed to the machine display and in the ability to alter settings to suit the situation. The latter feature allows for example the quality of reverse osmosis water to be selected in three stages for perfect results via the PerfectWater function. Similarly, this intelligent system prevents any resalification which may impair results after longer breaks in dishwashing”. Users can also use the WaterEco function to define the quality of rinse water in each programme individually.
