Steam Off System is an innovative technology patended by Faber that releases controlled air vortexes, through which fumes and steam are guided to the suction zones of the hood. This procedure avoids the steam stagnation, eliminating the condensation on the hood surface and on the furniture, and ensuring excellent results in terms of the fumes extraction even at low speed. The dynamics reminds the breath: Steam Off System allows the hood to suck fumes and steam. In particular, the controlled air jets released in helicoidal form and variable geometry create two vortexes thanks to which the ascent of fumes and steam is controlled. It is an effective technology both with traditional hobs and with modern induction hobs. The first cooker hood models equipped with this technology are Ilma and Luft.
