Everel Group launches the fourth edition of “Officina dei Talenti” (Talents Laboratory), a training project dedicated to young people. The project is serious and effective: the last three editions saw the participation of over 20 young people. Today some of these have been employed in the company, others have found employment in other companies of the sector thanks to this training path. The initiative aims to facilitate the professional growth, promoting the skills development. The company has created a training course that includes classroom lessons and practical applications. This fourth edition, which starts in October with the participation of 6 new talents, is mainly oriented to the theme of plastic molding, but it focuses also on the world of quality, equipment and communication. The course lasts a total of 102 hours. “Officina dei Talenti” is dedicated to anyone who is looking for a professional future, characterized by knowledge and commitment. Specifically, it is dedicated to people from the territory where Everel is located (Veneto), in possession of a diploma, qualification or degree in mechanical and/or technical field. The participation in the course is certified by a final certificate and opens the possibility of a future recruitment at the plant in Valeggio Sul Mincio (Verona), headquarter and production site of Everel Group.
