Novy has launched Panorama, its new hood that is integrated into the hob and can reach a height of 30 cm. It aspires steam directly at the source and is designed with three adjustable heights (10, 20 or 30 cm) in order to choose the better extraction according to the pan size. After cooking, the ventilation tower disappears into the hob, quickly creating a sense of order in the kitchen and shortening the time for cleaning the cooking area. “This structure – the company explains – not only guarantees a particularly effective extraction, but at the same time creates more freedom of movement while cooking and more space in the lower cabinet, where it is possible to mount drawers with a depth up to 40 cm”. Panorama is part of an induction hob with four octagonal areas in panoramic setting. Besides, thanks to the Bridge function, the consumer can create larger cooking zones. Another feature of the product is its essential design: the appliance is made of opaque glass, with sliding controls illuminating when used. Finally, there are two possibilities for remove steam and odors: elimination towards the outside or recirculation.
