Falmec won three Good Design Awards for its hoods Dama, Materia and Oceano E.ion. The prestigious prize is awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum – Museum of Architecture and Design and is promoted by the European Center for Architecture, Art Design and Urban Studies. The hoods will be exhibited in the permanent design collection of the Chicago Athenaeum. The Dama and Materia hoods are part of the Circle.Tech collection and integrate extraction and filtration in a single body, maximizing the efficiency, reducing the clutter and providing new and original design possibilities. These objects go beyond the simple extractor hood and have the dual role of furnishing elements and lighting objects with integrated LED systems. The Oceano hood is part of the E.ion System collection, a range that acts through the controlled bipolar ionization, eliminating bad smells up to 95%.
