Panasonic ER-GK80 body trimmer won the 2019 Best of the Best Award, the top award in the Product Design category of the 2019 Red Dot Design Awards. Besides, nine other Panasonic products won the Red Dot Design Awards. Established in 1955, this prize has a history going back more than 60 years and is one of the world’s most prestigious design awards. In 2019, designers and manufacturers from 55 countries entered more than 5,500 products in the competition. Only 1.5% of the objects entered won a Red Dot: Best of the Best.
