Considering the current situation due to Coronavirus, the new live chat “Ask Bosch!” (“Chiedilo a Bosch!” in Italian language) is available on the official Italian Bosch website until April 30th. From Monday to Friday in the 9 am-1 pm time slot, Bosch make its team of experts available to answer questions, doubts and curiosities about the use of Bosch appliances. The company’s product experts and trainers will respond to the consumer requests, thus creating a direct and close link between the Bosch brand and people. The live chat creates a simple and immediate link, dedicated to all those who already own a Bosch home appliance, but also to those who intend to approach the brand and wish to ask specific questions about the products and related technologies.
