Bertazzoni: digital communication with the partners

Bertazzoni, an Italian company specialized in cooking appliances for over 135 years, has implemented innovative methods to strengthen the communication with its partners. Between March and September 2020, the company organized webinars dedicated to partner distributors and retailers to allow sector professionals to deepen their knowledge and the technologies of the Bertazzoni appliances remotely. “Communication with our partners (and in particular the training) has always represented a fundamental strategic moment not only to talk about our news and technical contents but also to strengthen relationships – explains Francesco Lannutti, Sales Manager Italy Bertazzoni -. In this particular period characterized by the need for distancing, we have implemented new methods of interaction to be close to the trade in a successful digital dimension“. In the first months of the digital training implementation, over 500 people, including professionals and stakeholders, participated in Bertazzoni interactive courses. This is not a purely vertical training, but interactive modules in which company trainers can answer doubts or questions. In addition to the webinars, Bertazzoni has provided the trade with another tool: the 2020/21 product catalog renewed for Italy and enriched with QR codes that link to the company’s website, in which a section will soon be inaugurated, dedicated to professionals and end consumers, “My Bertazzoni”.
