For the third year in a row Electrolux has been awarded Top Employer in Europe: it has been certified in Sweden, Spain, Italy, UK, Poland, Germany and France. Once a company has been recognized in five or more countries, it receives this certification by the Top Employers Institute that considers a diverse range of HR areas: Electrolux stood out in the areas business strategy, values, ethics and integrity, talent acquisition and leadership. “2020 has been an unprecedented year, creating unique challenges for us as an employer.
