Operating for over 65 years as fasteners manufacturer of special custom screws Viteria Fusani continues its journey started two years ago, aimed at leading the Company towards achieving Industry 4.0 status.
Corporate investments? Viteria Fusani has enriched the machine fleet with a new multiple-station forming machine to increase its manufacturing capacity of screws and special components more and more similar to the turned products but with the cost-effectiveness of a formed product.
The company is going to introduce other machines, in both the cold forming and threading departments, and a machine for the assembling of screws + washer in Teflon, to satisfy an ever-rising number of customers that trust the expertise of Viteria Fusani to implement their projects and to consolidate them. Moreover, they have implemented a new innovative system that has replaced the various software bought in the last twenty years: having all the information in one place, connected with production machines, maximum efficiency of the processes is ensured thanks to the values collected by this system. Moreover: the replacement of some auxiliary machines is in progress to shift on more functional technologies.
Viteria Fusani is also investing in new human resources in line with boosting the efficiency of processes and the Company’s growth.
