Italcoppie Sensori strengthens the workplace safety with new measures to protect the health of its workers. “A few weeks ago – the company explains – a periodic screening of all staff was introduced in the company. This was made possible by the spontaneous adherence of the workers to the test and by a particularly careful organisation, thus making it possible to minimise the impact on work activity. The model adopted consists of dividing all the workers into two groups with minimal interaction between them. The test is carried out every Monday morning on a rotating basis on the two groups, so it is possible to have an active screening trend every week, which also allows all uncertain situations to be managed. This measure, combined with the usual distancing protocols, helps to reduce the probability of having outbreaks in the company and, at the same time, to foster a more serene climate in the workplace, knowing that all the situations that the current regulations do not fully define can be better managed and dealt with”.
