For professional cooking ovens Mitec Elettronica realizes COK 811, a stand-alone main board. It is a single board to control medium level professional cooking ovens. The operator can control cooking with a 4-digits display and one encoder. There is also variant to use 3 push buttons. The electronic board manages cooking with a timer or monitoring temperature using 2 PT1000 probes (one for chamber and one as core probe). It is also equipped with a reversible ventilation control and humidity control thanks to a probe and a solenoid valve command.
