Whirlpool strengthens its Consumer Service team in Italy with new resources (a double-digit growth of over 15% compared to 2020). At the same time, the presence on the territory is enhanced with a 20% increase in the number of people coordinating the assistance centers. Last December Whirlpool was once again re-elected Top Service, receiving for the fourth time this recognition from the German Institute of Quality and Finance. “2020 was a year in which, despite the Covid emergency, the assistance service, remotely and on the territory, never stopped, and this was greatly appreciated by consumers, at a time when the proper functioning of their appliances was fundamental – said Paolo Lioy, CEO of Whirlpool Italy -. Our Consumer Service is a resource that we have in Italy and that we have defended, investing for a long time and a lot. So also for 2021 we wanted to invest by expanding our resources by 15% and with challenging objectives, to offer a service that represents us and guarantees operational excellence, with an attitude of always improving”.
