Gaggenau won the Archiproducts Design Award 2021 in the Kitchen category for the CV492100 Series 400 Flex Induction hob. This product features an integrated suction system, Flex Induction zones and professionally inspired knobs in stainless steel and black finish. The suction function can be adjusted using the touch keys on the hob, and the hood, when set for operation via sensor, is able to automatically determine its power level based on the steam detected.
