Electrolux’s new Create 5 air fryer is equipped with components and technologies that allow user to fry, grill and roast with a single appliance. By including the functionalities of various appliances, the product allows to cook both sweet and savory dishes. A flow of hot air circulates inside the fryer and cooks the dishes evenly, leaving them crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, practically without using oil. In addition, the timer can also be set for 60 minutes for long cooking times: once the dish is ready, the fryer switches off automatically. The basket, consisting of an external bowl and an internal bowl, has a capacity of 2.5 liters and contains up to 800 grams of fries. Once cooked, user can easily remove the basket and plate the food, while the lower bowl holds the greases or the unwanted juices.
