Bluergo’s speed sensors are particular coils conceived to be used principally in traditional motors for domestic use (above all in washing machines). “Normally – the company says – this coils are inserted into a motor and their purpose is to detect the rotor speed, giving a tension signal proportional to the number of turns. Speed sensors are almost always developed in co-design with the final customer, depending on the specific exigencies of each single motor”. The main technical features of these products are: integral co-moulding with several plastic materials, such as PA PP or PBT; windings with class F H wires, diameters from 0.08 up to 0.25; and external connection with two cables of variable length.
