Recognized with the Good Design Award in the Kitchen/Appliances category, Bertazzoni’s new 80 cm induction hob with integrated hood mod. P804ICH2M37NT was designed in collaboration with Valerio Cometti Studio. It is characterized by a central and circular air intake cover, an aesthetic element with the iconic logo of the brand. The product, ideal for island installations, has 4 cooking zones (each with 9 power levels + booster function) and is equipped with multi-zone technology which allows user to combine two zones into a single larger zone with the same power. The integrated hood, with 10 speed selections and automatic suction control that is safe against water leaks, has an extraction power of 640 m3/h and allows user to eliminate odors and fumes, resulting quiet even at maximum power. Once turned on, it can automatically adjust the speed according to the power used during cooking thanks to the Automatic Operation function. Further pluses of the appliance are: the Timer function (which can be activated simultaneously for all the cooking zones even with different times and guarantees the automatic delayed switch-off of the hood to complete the elimination of residual odors) and the Pause/Recall function which interrupts temporarily the entire cooking activity and allows restarting with the same settings.
